Jury Gets Egg Case

(Wolcott, N.Y.) -- A Wayne County jury begins deliberations Thursday in the Wegmans “egg protest" case.

Adam Durand is accused of trespassing on the Wegmans' egg farm in Wolcott while making a documentary called "Wegmans Cruelty."

He admits removing 11 chickens, he claims were sick and dying.

Prosecutors say there's no evidence of cruelty at the farm; they say Durand is guilty of burglary, criminal mischief, and petty larceny.
